Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped every Wednesday.

All orders are shipped from our space in Toronto using Canada Post. 

If you are eligible for local delivery, we will contact you to arrange a time. Deliveries occur on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

If the shipping seems high, it could be a function of the combination of items ordered. Please reach out to haydenmerch@gmail.com - we may be able to sort out a better rate. 

Please note that for International purchases, the cheapest shipping options do not provide tracking. Shipping times vary and could be up to 12 weeks for international deliveries.

Also note that we are currently unable to ship to the US or the UK.

FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:

It's possible that you could be charged additional customs and duty fees by your destination country. The rates vary based on the items ordered, value and country of origin. The Hardwood Records Merch store isn't able to provide you with the information as to customs or duty fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information and to obtain rates.
